Best Picture:

My Big Fat Greek Pumpkin When Toula Portokalos decides she no longer wants to grow regular Jack O'Lanterns and turns to giant pumpkin growing. She falls in love with a genetic seed that is not Greek. She must find a way to reconcile her choices with her pumpkin associations's expectations.
Gangs of New York In mid-nineteenth century New York, gangs of Irish pumpkin growers face off against bands of local anti-pumpkin growing citizens in a bloody turf war. The film tells the story of a young man seeking revenge against the powerful gang leader who vandalized his pumpkins.

Talk to Her When Marco's pumpkin stops growing and goes dormant, he begins to talk to her in hopes that the fruit will start growing again. After all, everyone knows talking to your pumpkins is theraputic for the pumpkin and the grower. Will his efforts be fruitful?

Best Actor in a Leading Role:

Pumpkin Loaf in Formula 51. Pumpkin Loaf plays a master chemist and genius behind formulating a "wonder" fertilizer.

Best Horror Flick:

Catch Me If You Can Far atop a hill near Napa Valley, the annual giant pumpkin weighoff is about to begin. Anticipation is running high as three or four growers are bragging about bringing in a new world record. Suddenly, an earthquake shakes the festival grounds. The giant pumpkins being to tumble out of control towards the town in the valley below. Without trees or obstacles in their way, can anything keep them from squashing the town?
