Quick 'n Easy Chocolate Pumpkin Cake Recipe
Description: Here's a quick an easy pumpkin recipe that blends together
the great tastes of chocolate and pumpkin. Preparation time is only a few
minutes.
You will enjoy this cake all Fall season long. After Thanksgiving, leave
the candy corns off, and serve it during the holidays.
Ingredients:
| 1 box |
Chocolate Cake mix |
| 1/2 cup |
Vegetable Oil |
| 3 |
Eggs |
| 1/3 cup |
Sugar |
| 1/2 cup |
Milk |
| 1/1 tsp. |
Pumpkin Spice |

|
| 1 can |
Frosting - Chocolate, milk chocolate, or fudge |
| 1 cup |
Mini Chocolate Chips |
| 1 cup |
Chopped Nuts - walnut or pecan |

Candy Corns |
Preparation Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.

Grease and flour a cake pan.

In a blender, mix together the vegetable oil, eggs, pumpkin, sugar and milk.

Mix in chocolate cake mix. Mix until smooth - 2 to 3 minutes.

Stir in the mini chocolate chips and chopped nuts.

Pour batter into the greased cake pan.

Bake for 25-30 minutes.

Use a toothpick to test for doneness.

Remove and allow to cool .

Frost top with chocolate frosting.

Sprinkle Candy Corns on top before the frosting hardens.
