Roast Butternut Pumpkins, Australia Style

  1. Select a nice piece of lamb, beef, turkey, or chicken.
  2. Skin the pumpkin and cut it into chunks..
  3. Place a few pieces of pumpkin in the meat juices with potatoes, carrot, etc.
  4. Cook in the juices about one hour, then remove from the juices.
  5. Bake dry out of the juices for about an hour.
  6. Serve with the roast and other vegetables.
