Roast Butternut Pumpkins, Australia Style

Select a nice piece of lamb, beef, turkey, or chicken.

Skin the pumpkin and cut it into chunks..
-
Place a few pieces of pumpkin in the meat juices with potatoes, carrot,
etc.
-
Cook in the juices about one hour, then remove from the juices.

Bake dry out of the juices for about an hour.
-
Serve with the roast and other vegetables.
