Hungarian Baked Pumpkin Recipe
Description: Here's a recipe for baked pumpkin that originated
in Hungary. It is surprisingly sweet and mellow.

Ingredients:
| 1 |
Small Pumpkin or squash, skinned and sliced. |
| 2 Tbs. |
Butter or Margarine |

Salt |
|
Pepper |
|
Cream or Sour Cream. |
Preparation Directions:

Put a manageable sizes of sliced, skinned pumpkin, or half of smaller
squashes, in aluminium foil.

Add salt, pepper and butter.

Bake in an oven at 350 degrees for 30 minutes , or until it is soft.

Test for softness with a skewer.
-
It can be served with just about anything- cream, sour cream ,salt.
