Safely light pumpkins


Marshmallow Ghosts Recipe

Description: This will be a popular treat at your Halloween party. Make plenty, as they will go fast.


Ingredients:

Large Marshmallows

Sucker Sticks

White Chocolate Chips

Black Writing Icing or gel


Preparation Directions:
  1. Place one or two marshmallows onto each sucker stick.
  2. Put marshmallows in the freezer to harden. It only takes 15-30 minutes.
  3. In a double boiler, melt white chocolate.
  4. Dip frozen marshmallows into the melted white chocolate.
  5. Allow ghosts to harden.
  6. Using a writing icing or gel, make mouths, eyes, and nose.
  7. The easiest way to display them, is to use a block of styrofoam, and stick sucker sticks into it.

Serving Tips and Suggestions:

Try green chocolate chips (or white chocolate with green food coloring added) to make Frankenstein Monsters.
