Pumpkin Spice Recipe

Description: Why look for it at the store. Make your own Pumpkin Spice. It's quick and easy. And, now, it's no secret! Here are the not so secret ingredients.........

Makes 8 teaspoons of Pumpkin Spice

4 Tsp	Ground Cinnamon
2 Tsp	Ground Ginger
1 Tsp	Allspice
1 Tsp	Nutmeg

Note: After you have used this recipe a couple of times, you can vary it to suit your taste.

1. Mix ingredients in a bowl.
2. Store in an airtight container.

Tip Keep and wash an empty spice container with a shaker top. Mark a label with Pumpkin Spice and place on container.
