Boiled Pumpkin in Wine Ingredients
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons white wine (1)
2 1/2 cups soup stock or water
1 lb. peel pumpkin, seeds removed, cut into 1″ cubes
Notes:
(1) You can use dry or sweet wine.
Directions How to Make Boiled Pumpkin in Wine
Bring wine, sugar, soy sauce, and stock to a boil.
Then, add the pumpkin and return to a boil.
Cover, reduce the heat, and simmer until tender, about 10-15 minutes.
Lastly, drain and serve hot with or without the cooking liquid.
