Gluten Free Pumpkin Pie Recipe Description:

Ingredients :

  • gluten free pie crust
  • 1 1/2 cups mashed pumpkin puree
  • 3/4 cups sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice

Note: If you don’t have time to make the crust from scratch, you can buy a gluten free pie crust in the Gluten Free department of many grocery stores.

Recipe Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 ° F.
  2. In al bowl combine all pie filling ingredients.
  3. Pour it into the pie filling.
  4. Bake in oven for 40-45 minutes.
  5. Cool before serving.
