Roasted Butternut Pumpkin Ingredients
Lamb, beef, turkey , or chicken
pumpkin
salt and pepper to taste
Roast Butternut Pumpkin Recipe Directions
Select a nice piece of lamb, beef, turkey, or chicken.
Skin the pumpkin and cut it into chunks.
Place a few pieces of pumpkin in the meat juices with potatoes, carrots, etc.
Cook in the juices for about one hour. Then remove from the juices.
Bake dry out of the juices for about an hour.
Serve with the roast and other vegetables.
