Pumpkin Cheese Pie Recipe Description:

This pumpkin cheese pie recipe uses a tasty graham cracker crust, to hold a delicious blend of pumpkin and cream cheese, and just the right amount of spices.


  • 1 1/3 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup, plus 2 Tablespoons sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 9 ounces cream cheese , softened
  • 1 1/2 cups pumpkin puree, cooked
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 14 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 cup sour cream

Pumpkin Cheese Pie Recipe Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 ° F.
  2. Stir together, graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup sugar and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon.
  3. Mix in melted butter or margarine.
  4. Pat mixture into a deep, 9 inch pie plate.
  5. In a  large bowl, beat together the eggs and 3/4 cups sugar. Beat until light and fluffy.
  6. Add vanilla and cream cheese. Beat until smooth.
  7. Stir in pumpkin puree, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves.
  8. Pour pumpkin mixture into the pie shell.
  9. Bake in oven for 40 minutes.
  10. Remove from oven, and let stand for 10 minutes.
  11. Meanwhile, combine sour cream, 2 Tablespoons sugar, and 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon.
  12. Heat oven to 450 degrees.
  13. Spread sour cream mixture on top of the pie.
  14. Bake in oven for 5 minutes.
  15. Chill before serving.
