How to Make Pumpkin Streusel Muffins Directions
Preheat oven to 400° F.
In a bowl, combine egg, milk, pumpkin and oil, mixing well.
Blend in flour, baking powder, sugar, and spices.
Mix until the batter is still a little lumpy.
Put paper muffin cups into a 12-cup muffin pan.
Pour batter into muffin cups, 1/2 full.
Cut cream cheese into 12 pieces and place on top of muffins.
Add the remaining batter into the muffin cups to about 3/4 full.
