Diced, Candied Orange Peel
How to Make Spicy Pumpkin Cookies Directions
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Sift flour with Baking Powder, Cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy.
Beat in egg and pumpkin.
Stir in flour mixture.
Add in nuts, orange peel, and raisins, mixing well.
Drop a rounded teaspoonful of dough onto a cookie sheet.
Flatten slightly with a spoon.
Make 20 minutes.
