There is pumpkin beer and ale on the market. However, you can brew your own at home. If you already make homebrew, the extra steps are easy. So, give this pumpkin beer recipe a try. You’ll be glad you did!
These steps were given to me by a friend, who is took a course in home brewing. While I enjoy beer, I have never brewed it myself. The instructions below only address the added steps, not the complete brewing process.

How to Make Pumpkin Beer Directions
All grain brewing:
Add two pounds of pumpkin meat to your mash. Either steam the pumpkin and remove the flesh or pumpkin puree
Mash and sparge.
Add spices at the end of the boil.
Try adding a little nutmeg and/or cinnamon spices.
