Cooking with wine is always fun. Sometimes, we use some of the wine in a recipe, too. This boiled pumpkin in wine recipe comes from Australia, where they serve pumpkin as part of the main meal. It’s treated more like a vegetable in many countries outside of the United States.
Boiled pumpkin pairs well with almost any red or white meat. Try it with fried or grilled turkey or chicken.
