Pumpkin Chip Muffins Ingredients
1/2 cup
Shortening
1-2/3 cup
Flour
l cup
Granulated Sugar
1/2 tsp.
Baking Soda
1/2 tsp.
Baking Powder
1/2 tsp.
Salt
2
Eggs
1 cup
Pureed, cooked pumpkin
1 Cup
Cinnamon Chips
How to Make Pumpkin Chip Muffins Directions
Cream shortening and sugar.
Add eggs and mix well.
Add dry ingredients…mix well.
Add pumpkin…Mix well.
Add cinnamon chips Mix well.
Set oven at 350° F.
Grease muffin tins or use paper liners.
Bake at 350° F for 20 to 23 minutes.
