Halloween Pizza Recipe Ingredients

1 tablespoon vegetable oil

1/2 clove garlic, minced

1 package onion soup mix

1 cup water

1 can tomato paste

1 can tomato sauce

1 teaspoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon oregano

1/8 teaspoon black pepper

Halloween Pizza Recipe Directions

Put oil in a skillet and sauté garlic.
Stir in the remaining ingredients.
Bring sauce to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes to thicken.
Toast English muffins in the toaster, or under a broiler.
Spoon some sauce onto an English muffin.
Here’s where the fun and creativity starts.
Take a rounded piece of mozzarella cheese and place it on top of the muffin. Use pieces of pimentos and pepperoni to make eyes, nose, and mouth.
Or use pieces of mozzarella cheese to make eyes, nose, and mouth.
Or, cut a slice of mozzarella into a witch’s hat, and place it on the muffin.
After decorating the muffins, place them on a cookie sheet. Heat them in the oven or under the broiler, to just melt the cheese.

Tip: For quicker prep time, buy a jar of pizza sauce, instead of making your own.
