Maple Pumpkin Pie Recipe Description:

Basically, you make a pumpkin pie. Then you make a whipped cream with maple syrup topping. Sounds yummy, doesn’t it!?? Try baking and eating maple pumpkin pie, and see for yourself.


  • 1 pie pastry
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 Teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 2 cups hot milk
  • 2 cups cooked, mashed and strained pumpkin
  • 1 cup whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • Spread whipped cream mixture over the pie.
  • 1/2 cups walnuts, coarsely chopped

Maple Pumpkin Pie Recipe Directions:

  1. Place a 9″ pastry in a greased pie pan.
  2. Mix beaten eggs, brown sugar, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.
  3. Gradually add in hot milk and pumpkin.
  4. Pour mixture into the pie shell.
  5. Bake in preheated oven at 450 degrees, for 10 minutes.
  6. Reduce temperature to 375.
  7. Bake for another 30 minutes.
  8. Allow to cool.
  9. In a bowl, add whipped cream.
  10. Fold in maple syrup.
  11. Sprinkle chopped walnuts on top.
