Pumpkin Chips Recipe Description

Yes, you can make pumpkin chips, similar to “potato chips”. And, there’s just a couple steps to it.

When it comes to Fall recipes, this is one you should try. Why!? Simply because they are delicious.


  • Pie pumpkin, peeled. You can use a regular Jack-o-Lantern or field pumpkin, too
  • Salt, to taste


Pumpkin Chips Recipe Directions:

  1. Preheat deep frying oil in a fryer to 375 ° F.
  2. Slice pumpkin pulp as thinly as possible, no more than 1/8″ thick.
  3. Carefully, drop a few chips at a time into the hot oil.
  4. Fry until crisp.
  5. Remove chips from the oil and place on paper towels to drain.
  6. Salt to taste.

Tip: The Chips are best served warm.
